Founder of the Company in 1959 with his father Kenneth (deceased). Pioneer in the fabrication of chemical engineering plastics. Recognised throughout the industry as an authority in this specialised area.
Melvyn Jupp (Managing Director)
Joined Forbes in 1976 as an estimator. Melvyn has worked in most areas of the Company joining sales in 1989 and became a Director in 2001.
Kevin Johnston (Kelso Operations Director)
Joined forbes in 1999 following 7 years experience with another major GRP chemical plant fabricator as design and production engineer.

Des Dibley (Sales Office Manager)
A new face at Forbes following the retirement of Colin Wills. Des will be happy to assist you with all aspects of Forbes products & services.
Alan Holman (Drawing/Design Office Manager)
Joined forbes in 1987 and now heads up a team of 4 design draughtsmen. An important link to our Factory management team.
Ghazali Syed (Chemical Engineer)
Completed MSc in Advanced Process Engineering from Loughborough University (2005) after gaining his initially degree in Pakistan. Following 3 years as chemical engineer with a large PLC. Currently working towards his PhD from The University of Nottingham.
